Commission a charcoal portrait from your photo!
_Commissioning a custom charcoal
portrait is a truly elegant way to capture your memories. Art portraits
are unique and personalized gifts that last throughout the years.
Portraits can be commissioned for any occasions such as baby showers,
weddings, anniversaries, graduations or birthdays, or for no occasion
at all.
If you would like to commission me for a portrait, the steps are very simple:
Photo quality guideline
It is very important that the source picture that I'm working with is ****high quality**** (I can't emphasize this enough). Which means it should have fairly high resolution and be well-focused. A general rule is that the subject should be fairly close up so that I can see the details and features. One of the great strength of charcoal is contrast, so highly dynamic/interesting shadow and lighting is a plus.
If you are unsure you can send me a picture and ask, there is no risk.
